Yogyata Suri lives in Ontario with her husband and her rescue dog, Kiwi. Growing up she was fond of writing poems. Ladybug was Yogyata’s first rescue dog. Unfortunately, Ladybug was diagnosed with cancer in late 2021 and passed in April 2022. Ladybug inspired Yogyata to write educational children’s books about dogs. Yogyata’s mission is to advocate for the rescue community and educate and empower children to have positive interactions with dogs.
